The Story of a Lady Who Started Learning Over

Have you ever found yourself on a path so unexpected yet so life-changing that it completely transformed your perspective? That’s exactly what happened to me when I stumbled upon the world of blockchain and fintech—a universe so new and mysterious, yet irresistibly fascinating. What started as pure curiosity soon turned into a deep passion. It was a journey filled with late nights of self-study, countless mistakes, and many “aha” moments.

The Moment of Realization: “Wait, how can someone lock my money in my own wallet?”

This seemingly innocent question haunted me for months. Have you ever experienced that moment of panic when you realize your Web3 wallet funds are locked due to a smart contract? I did. That sense of confusion, mixed with a little fear, drove me to dig deep into how Web3 wallets, smart contracts, and decentralized asset control actually work. Looking back, I can say those “painful” lessons were worth every minute.

At the same time, an unexpected opportunity knocked on my door. A friend of mine—an expert in digital transformation and a startup mentor at the Southern Department of Planning and Investment—invited me to deliver a training course on digital marketing for his group of startup marketers.

But here’s the twist:

"I’ll pay you in tokens, which will be locked and released according to the project’s roadmap."

At that moment, I had no choice but to dive headfirst into understanding tokens and cryptocurrencies. After all, it was my income we were talking about! That’s how I found myself immersed in the world of crypto airdrops and, believe it or not, eventually became a coin miner.

This wasn’t just a journey of gaining knowledge—it was about reshaping my mindset to embrace constant change and learning. I discovered that you don’t need to be a tech wizard to understand fintech and blockchain. All it takes is curiosity, a willingness to explore, and a bit of courage. Step by step, you’ll unlock the incredible potential of this world.

My Current Learning Path:

• Building a Fintech Foundation: Understanding digital payment systems, financial services, and the new business models reshaping the world.
• Exploring Blockchain in Depth: Going beyond cryptocurrencies to discover applications in security, supply chains, and innovative government solutions (GovTech).
